The owners of Central have “called to arms” the chef of Bakalo, Ioannis Gavalas, so as to create a menu of original Cycladic tastes. The chef, originated from Irakleia island and with respect to the raw materials derived from the small producers of Cyclades, has prepared a cart full of… the Aegean Sea! Steady values of the menu are the juices, the cocktails and sandwiches served in the sea blue background!
