The Spala menu excels in creatively combining quality meats, fresh fish and seafood and sometimes in the same dish! Its surf side offers lobster, fresh fish and other sea delicacies, while the turf side has organic meats in various cuts such as picanha, rib eye, tagliata, and fillet. The executive chef Christos Athanasiadis has created a menu based on the farm-to-table philosophy that is shared among all of the group’s restaurants and has managed to combine the classic grill house flavors with quality products, exquisite raw materials and unique herbs and ingredients from all around Greece.
